Seattle, WA (December 15, 2015) – Momentum, a national plan-design-build firm, announced that Ben Warren is joining the company. With his expertise in both project management and construction management, Ben will be a great asset to the team as a project manager.
He brings over nine years of construction management experience to Momentum. Ben has also earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, and recently finished his MBA at the University of Washington. He has worked up and down the west coast managing a variety of high profile and demanding projects.
In this new role, Ben will have a focus on the pre-construction and design process. He will work with Momentum’s clients to ensure their overall strategy, such as a purpose driven workplace, is delivered through high-performing buildings.
“Ben has a broad understanding of how an organization can use a building to achieve strategic purpose. He’s a compelling addition to the team,” said Mark Alguard, Momentum’s Senior Director for Strategic and Pre-construction services.
Ben is a Seattle area native who enjoys hiking and trail running when he’s not working. His favorite trail run is Rattlesnake Ridge, which overlooks the gorgeous Cedar River Watershed and the striking colors of Rattlesnake Lake. Ben’s work has taken him up and down the west coast throughout his career, but he’s happy to be back home in the Seattle area where he loves the climate and nature.
